"Took my Mom and Dad there for Father's Day/Veterans Day and it was all of our first times and it was really cool. I was hoping for more hands on type memorabilia or what nots but regardless it is a sight to see."

"The museum was fantastic and very well laid out. So many of the artifacts will have you standing there and saying “if only these items could speak”. I found myself constantly enamored with the number of first hand accounts, letters and personal items on display. It allows you to connect not only with the history of our military and the changes over time but also the individuals who sacrificed so much. One of my favorite displays was a section around the timeline where you can sit and listen to multiple veterans from World War II to modern day tell the stories of what they experienced during their service. I highly recommend anyone that goes, sit and just truly listen to their stories. Overall the museum is outstanding and we are lucky to have it in the heart of our state. It is a fantastic reminder of the sacrifice that has gone into building our country and everyone would be doing themselves a service to stop in, visit and learn."
